$500,000 GRANT
Cedarcrest is one of three Bethel schools to
share a $500,000 grant from the Department of Defense. The grant
will focus on the instruction, progress and tracking of students
from military families in math and
reading.

Style
Cedarcrest Jr. High took
first-place in the technology challenge at the Technology and Art
Fair at Spanaway Junior High for the fifth year in a row!
Basketball Champs
CJH's Varsity Girls and 8th Grade Boys'
basketball teams won their 2008- 2009 League Championships!
Varsity Boys Basketball took 2nd place in League Championship.

Battle of the Books
Cedarcrest Jr. High took third in the 2009 Battle of the Books
competition held this spring at Spanaway Jr. High. The competition
pitted teams from all five junior high schools against each other.
