Communication
Arts is required all four years of high school. It will
probably be one of your child's most challenging classes.
Students will be required to read, write, and communicate in a
variety of formats. This includes grammar, assessments,
studying, projects, reading from literature book and novels, WASL
prep., and class presentations. There will be homework
weekly to enhance skills and class preperation. You are
encouraged to sign up for online grading. This enables you to
check your child's progress in all of his/her academic
classes. It is a great resource right at your fingertips.

Parent Notice:
This
class is a mandatory high school credit. Your child will have
homework and be responsible for studying for tests as they are
worth 80% of his/her grade. Your child is in high school and
is responsible for learning the material presented in class.
Please check my web page for daily assignments. Failure in
this class could result in credit deficiency for graduation
requirements. ( all documents can be translated, including the
parent letter, by clicking on the translation link)
