Welcome to First
Grade!
I have taught at Camas Prairie for nine years. I enjoy teaching
first graders because they are eager learners and make tremendous
growth during the school year! I welcome you to this exciting
journey with your child.
I began teaching in Nome, Alaska after graduating from the
University of Alaska in Fairbanks. Since my husband was in the Air
Force and we moved frequently, I have had the opportunity to teach
grades K, 1, 3, 4, and 6 in the states of Alaska, Texas, Delaware,
Nevada, and Washington.
