We will be completing journals at the end of every chapter.
Here are the individual criteria for each section:
Section 1: Prediction (I think that.....)
Section 2: Summarize the ENTIRE chapter
Section 3: Prediction Check (Yes, I was correct that .....
happened. or No, I was wrong that ......
happened.)
Section 4: 5 vocabulary words and the pages they are on (You do not
need to define them)
Section 5: "Golden Nugget" a sentence that makes an impression on
them. They need to copy
the sentence, place quotes around it, put the page it was copied
from in parenthesis
after the quote, and end with why you chose that sentence.
