All district junior high dance is tonight, November 6th at Bethel High School Cafeteria from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.  Cost is $6.00 at the door.

If you like theater and acting, come join Ms. Lustig after school on Tuesdays in the commons.

Wrestlers and girls basketball . . . please turn your paper work into Mr. Thomas as soon as possible.  Practice begins this Monday, November 9th.

All girls turning out for basketball, Tuesday, November 10th there is a change in practice times.  On TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 10TH ONLY the 7th graders will practice right after school at 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.  The 8th and 9th graders will practice from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.  Monday is at the regular time.

Our Blanket Drive has started.  Bring your new or gently used blankets to the commons for the homeless.  Be kind . . . Give a blanket.

After school weight room and condition is open to any students who sign up with Mr. Tanji prior to the day of attendance.  Starting November 10th from 2:15 - 4:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Attendance and participation can also count for P.E. make-ups.

Falcons, Friday, November 20th is our movie night.  We'll be hosting the event in the big gym at 6:00 p.m.  We'll be presenting Bolt.  Concessions will be available before the movie.  Bring your blanket, pillow and wear your p.j.'s and join us for a relaxing night.

Congratulations to our cross country team for winning the championship in our league.  This is a first for cross country at Frontier and Mr. Hanson couldn't be more proud.  Way to go girls!

Today, October 30th  is Literary Character Day.  You can dress up that day with the following restrictions:
    --  You have to dress as a character from a book
    --  No over the face masks
    --  You need to be able to tell us the title of the book, the author and your character's role
People dressed in ways that don't meet this criteria will be asked to change.

The second school dance is today, October 30th from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.  The theme is Monster Mash Bash.  Tickets are $4.00 with ASB / $6.00 without ASB and tickets will be sold at the door.  Get ready for a SPOOKTACULAR good time.

Congratulations to the 7th grade football team.  They are your league champions.  In a hard fought battle, the Falcons defeated Cougar Mountain last night 18 - 6 to win the championship.  The boys played with heart and determination which ultimately won them the game.  What a season . . . Great job guys!

No 7th grade football practice today.  Practice will resume tomorrow.

7th grade football team completed an undefeated regular season with a 30 - 6 victory over Cougar Mountain yesterday.  The team will shoot for a perfect season next Wednesday, October 28th as they take on Cougar Mountain for the championship,.  The game is at 5:00 p.m. at Bethel High School.  Please come support your team!

Tomorrow is the last day for you to turn in your free & reduced forms.  Ask any cashier at lunch time to see if you need a new form. 

Veterans' day is approaching quickly.  If you have a family member (dad, mom, sister, brother, grandpa, etc.) that is currently in the military or has served for our country in the past, please bring in a picture of them.  Along with their name, rank and branch please put your name on the back of the photo if you need the picture back.  Please bring them to Ms. Anderson.

Falcons, Friday, November 20th is our movie night.  We'll be hosting the event in the big gym at 6:00 p.m.  We'll be presenting Bolt.  Concessions will be available before the movie.  Bring your blanket, pillow and wear your p.j.'s and join us for a relaxing night.

Hey it's that time of year when we begin celebrating the holidays with food.  We know we have families that are in need so we are holding our food drive from November 16th - 20th.  Remember to bring in your food items to help out those in our community in need.

Please remember to turn in your internet form to the front office.  As of today, 355 students have not turned in paperwork. 

Guitar club will have its second meeting today from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. in the library.  Club members can store their guitars in Mr. Mitchell's office.  This week's instruction will focus on fingerpicking.  Do your best to get your guitar in tune before you come to club.

After a slow start Tuesday, our 7th grade football team pulled away from Surprise Lake by a score of 36 - 6.  The team remains undefeated with a record of 4 - 0 going into their final regular season game against Cougar Mountain next Tuesday.   They are also undefeated so it should be a good battle.  Good luck Falcons!

Congratulations to our cross country team for our dominating performance over Bethel last night.  Frontier has become a powerhouse in the league with twice as many girls as the next largest team.  Emily Winn, Hannah Davis and Allison Harum are our top runners.  Way to go girls and keep up the hard work.

The 7th grade football team rolled to 3 - 0 on the season with a 38 - 0 drubbing of Spanaway Junior High.  The defense was again overpowering holding Spanaway to negative yards on offense.  Way to go!
