Welcome to Industrial Arts at Frontier Jr. High!
My class is offered to eigth and ninth graders as a required and
elective class.
My
eigth grade class is a beginning woodshop class which offers
opportunities to learn about the safe use of tools and machinery in
an industrial type setting. Other units offer stain glass projects,
metals, and vinyl sign making.
My 9th grade class is a engineering
class that applies cad software to the design process.
Students will learn how solve problems by designing, prototyping,
testing, re-engineering and finally coming up with a solutions that
fit specific criteria.
