Statement:
- With vision, it is my intent to
seek and develop inventive ways to meet the over-all needs of a
diverse student community which will promote and develop the habits
necessary for the student to become a critical thinker and a
successful life- learner.

learning targets.

8th grade Social Studies:
In eighth grade, students develop a new, more abstract level of
understanding of social studies concepts. The context for
developing this understanding is U.S. history and government,
