Welcome to 5th
grade!
Hello and welcome to
room 13! This is going to be an exciting, fun-filled year for
all of us. We have a lot of learning ahead of us and of
course one of the highlights of 5th grade is Camp Cispus
in June.
As we begin to prepare for junior high, the key word this year will
be RESPONSIBILITY. It is important for your child to become
reponsible for their schoolwork, behavior, and ultimately, their
academic sucess.
Communication between parents, students, and the teacher is
essential to the development of a positive learning
experience. I encourage you to use this site to communicate
with me, check homework assignments, and upload important forms or
papers. I am looking forward to working with you and your
child this school year. We are going to have a great
year!
