When coming to register your child(ren) for school
you will need to bring your child's birth certificate, immunization
records, and proof of living address. If you'd like, you may click

There will be a few additional forms that need to be filled out at
the school.
Please be aware that there is a 24 hour wait period before
starting school. All of the above information must be at our
school the morning before you would like your child to start
school. If you have questions, please call us at 253-683-5100
between 8 am and 4 pm. If you call and don't get an answer please
leave your name, number, and a short message and someone will
return your call as soon as possible.
